Setting up a home for a father and his daughters
A lawyer called me about a father who had just left his office. He was going through a divorce, fighting for shared custody of three very young daughters, and had rented a large house that was nowhere near ready for them to stay.
I furnished the house and made it a real home, bought everything he and the girls needed, recruited nannies, arranged food deliveries, birthday parties and holidays, and then supported him with the admin of the divorce itself. Much of it in person, because that is what the moment needed.
