Founder and Executive Support
A right hand for founders, CEOs and managing partners, so you can focus on the work only you can do.
More than the diary
Judgement and intuition, not just task execution
The diary and inbox are the part of the job people see. What matters more is knowing my clients: their businesses, their priorities, their families, and which meetings can never be moved.
I know when something feels wrong and fix it before anyone else notices, and I know when to challenge a client or suggest a different route to a solution.
A sounding board
As an experienced Executive Assistant, I’m often the person founders bounce ideas off and ask for an honest opinion. I’m the trusted sounding board who knows your business.
Diary management
Meetings, travel and appointments scheduled across any calendar system, with your focus time protected. AI can help facilitate a lot of this now, but it doesn’t know you’d rather take the earlier train, which meetings can never move, or when a day is simply too full. That takes judgement, and knowing you.
Email management
Your inbox kept under control: priorities flagged, quotes and invoices handled, and replies sent on your behalf, in the right tone and in a timely manner. AI can draft the words, but I know who you’re writing to, the history between you, and how you’d want to come across.
Investor relations
Ten years in the City means I understand financial markets and how much good investor relationships matter. I work with you to make sure they’re nurtured.
Crisis management
A calm, experienced hand when something unexpected lands, in business or in life.
Complex travel
Multi-leg trips across time zones, visa applications, hotels and cars, all arranged and confirmed so nothing is left to chance. AI can find a route, but it won’t know the room you always ask for, the driver you trust, or what to do when a connection is cancelled at midnight.
In their words
“
Gabby’s superpower is relationship building. She knows that one client needs a warm call rather than an email, that a board member is going through a rough patch and shouldn’t be pushed this week, and that the person who keeps rescheduling is really signalling something else. She builds trust with gatekeepers, smooths over awkward moments and remembers the small personal details that make people feel valued. Over time she becomes an extension of her client: someone others like dealing with and will go the extra mile for.
